All eyes were on Alexis Sanchez as he came out to train ahead of our clash against Bayern Munich after he was mysteriously dropped against Liverpool.

As the team sheets came in at Anfield, many were in disbelief to see our best player benched in arguably our toughest away trip in the Premier League.

Alexis has also been on fire in front of goal this campaign, scoring 17 times in the Premier League as he relishes his new-found centre-forward role.

However, rumours have quickly swirled around the club that there was, in fact, an incident at the training ground in which Alexis was deemed to have fomented.

Having said that, all seems to be well in the Gunners camp as Alexis reported to training as usual, and the Chilean even engaged in a usual handshake with the boss as he entered London Colney.

Hearing of training ground bust-ups involving Alexis may lead fans to believe that the 28-year-old is seeking to engineer a move this summer as his contract negotiations hit a stumbling block.

Others may feel Alexis is just as frustrated as fans and is instead demanding his teammates to up their game to his level and may have overexerted his passion.

Either way, one hopes the club above puts the matter to rest.
