Arsenal fans take aim at Hector Bellerin during disastrous display…

Arsenal fans’ patience seems to have reached a breaking point with many the players after the travelling fans at Selhurst Park turned on Hector Bellerin as he attempted to take a throw-in.

Bellerin, who had one of his most shocking displays in an Arsenal shirt, was waiting for the ball to be returned by our fans and was instead met with some hostile chants.

“You’re not fit to wear the shirt”, the Gunners fans chanted as the Spaniard stood there waiting to receive a ball so he could continue with the game.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain appeared to attempt to accelerate the process and had a ball sent over from the other side of the pitch with the fans’ chants ringing in their ears.

Watching on TV and following the game on social media, it really seemed like a watershed moment at Arsenal Football Club with our ardent away fans reaching their boiling point.

When one wants to garner the mood of Arsenal fans, solely focusing on the away fans would give you an accurate indication given that the Emirates Stadium is filled with a number of post-Highbury fans.

With Ivan Gazidis in the stands, surely we’ll finally hear from the board regarding their plans for the future of the club.

Check out the exchange above as the fans took aim at the players.
