Arsenal legend Alan Smith had an unfortunate slip of the tongue when doing punditry on Burnley’s draw at home to Chelsea.

The league leaders went to Turf Moor looking to extend their lead at the top of the table yet they were held by the newly promoted team.

The former Gunners striker was flanked by Wales boss Chris Coleman given that the two were watching over their former clubs’ clash earlier on in the day as Swansea City hosted Leicester City.

However, when it came to the topic of Chelsea’s shock draw at Burnley after their long winning run, the Sky pundit referred to the Blues in a unique way.

The Anfield ’89 hero didn’t realise he’d even said something wrong, but host Dave Jones and Coleman couldn’t hide their amusement.
