Arsene Wenger spoke to the press ahead of our final pre-season fixture against Manchester City and the boss discussed a range of topics.

The likes of Aaron Ramsey and Alexis Sanchez have returned to the squad and Wenger has confirmed that both will start against Pep Guardiola’s men.

The transfer period dominates the current talk, but it seems as though we’ll see no new arrivals before our Premier League kick-off against.

Wenger expects to name Alexis or Theo Walcott up front against Liverpool, while the likes of Calum Chambers, Gabriel, and Rob Holding will battle it out for the two positions at the back.
