The legendary Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi ‘Gigi’ Buffon has consistently been linked with a move to England throughout his career but to no avail.

Buffon looks like he’ll remain with the Old Lady until the day he decides to hang up his glove, a testament to his professionalism and quality that he’ll bow out while at the top of the game.

However, Buffon recalls in the clip above that he once went to meet Arsene Wenger for dinner to discuss a move to Arsenal back in 1998.
