Arsenal legend Lee Dixon gave his take on our activity in this transfer window as a whole, with the former right-back frustrated that we didn’t strengthen up front.

Dixon maintains that it would be very difficult for Arsenal to win the league with Olivier Giroud as our only striker, something Arsene Wenger seems intent on proving wrong.

Theo Walcott provided decent cover for Giroud earlier on this season, but the England forward has been used as a left-winger in recent months by Arsene Wenger.
