Arsenal’s Lucas Perez is back in training…

Arsenal striker Lucas Perez posted videos of his rehabilitation from an ankle injury on social media with the striker currently using the facilities at his former club Deportivo La Coruna.

Lucas was injured by a pathetic challenge from Reading’s Danzell Gravenberch and Arsene Wenger stated that the Spaniard would be out for up to eight weeks.

However, judging by the videos released by the striker, it seems as though he’s ahead of schedule and is already running outside while kicking a ball.

Injury Data Analyst Ben Dinnery also confirmed via Twitter that Lucas is ahead of schedule and could potentially be fit before our busy winter schedule.

Wenger will welcome the news that Perez could return to action sooner than originally anticipated as he continues his rehab in Spain. #AFC
