‘Lucas Perez Uses His Left Foot A Bit Too Much’ – Wenger Sees Room For Improvement

Wenger on Lucas Perez & Arsenal win…

Arsene Wenger was quick to point out that Lucas Perez has some room for improvement despite the Spaniard bagging a brace and setting up another in our 4-0 win against Nottingham Forrest.

Lucas finally got off the mark as an Arsenal player from the penalty spot after Chuba Akpom was fouled and dispatched his penalty very comfortably.

His second was an even more impressive effort, latching onto a through ball and muscle his way past the the defence and the goalkeeper to slide home.

However, after praising his efforts, Wenger still found areas of his game the Spaniard could work on.

“He uses well his left foot – a bit too much for my taste,” Wenger said about Lucas.

When asked to elaborate, the boss said: “Not enough of his right foot.”
