We exited the FA Cup and Champions League in a matter of days at the hands of Watford and Barcelona respectively, and the game against Everton was billed as our last hoorah.

The boys came out of the clash unscathed and delivered a very mature performance, though it’s yet to be determined as to the importance of those three points come the end of the season.
