Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech has revealed that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Carl Jenkinson share the biggest ‘bromance’ at the club following the later’s return from his loan spell.
Last season, that title was exclusively reserved for Mesut Ozil and Mathieu Flamini, though Cech believes that we have a new couple in town.
The Ox and Jenkinson have embraced their friendship and have even given it a title: ‘Carlaimberlain’.
“Well I think Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Carl Jenkinson,” Cech replied when asked about the biggest bromance at Arsenal.
“They’re always together, they enjoy each other’s company.”
The two England internationals officially reunited on the pitch during our 2-0 win against Reading in the EFL Cup last month and with Hector Bellerin possibly out for an extended period, Jenkinson may well be expected to step in.
Check out Cech’s take on their bromance in the video above.
