The 20-year-old was sent on loan to RKC Waalwijk last season, though his season was often disrupted by injuries with the Danish U21 international only making 12 appearances all season.

Biereth’s fortunes have certainly changed at Fir Park with the former Fulham academy star starting The ‘Well’s last four league games in the Scottish Premiership.

Biereth sustained a knee injury in August which kept him out of action for a few months, though the Danish starlet has certainly refused to let that derail him.

Arriving as an 18-year-old, Biereth is one of the players brought in by the former head of emerging talent Yousuff Sajjad who has since left the club for Dutch side Den Bosch.
