Saka had to calm McGregor down…
Arsenal star Bukayo Saka had to remind UFC legend Conor McGregor to calm down after the fighter attempted an MMA move on the winger shortly after our Champions League win against Paris St-Germain.
McGregor, whose presence at the game is yet to be explained, enjoyed a kickabout on the Emirates Stadium pitch with Gunners pair Saka and Declan Rice.
While the duo are likely fans of the Irish icon, one suspects that this was all planned and McGregor may be announcing a partnership with the club through one of his brands.
However, one worrying moment that would’ve made Gunners fans wince was caught on camera as McGregor and Saka started shadowboxing, with the former lightweight champion getting slightly excited.

The 36-year-old attempted a leg kick on Saka which landed on his midriff before looking to complete a takedown as Saka pleaded for him to calm down.
On the list of the most bizarre injuries suffered by a professional footballer, missing a game because of a play fight with UFC legend Conor McGregor would probably win first prize.
