Eddie Nketiah attracting interest from Crystal Palace and Brighton this month…
Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah is attracting interest from Premier League sides Brighton and Crystal Palace as his contract enters its final six months, The Sun reports.
Nketiah is now able to sign a pre-contract agreement with a foreign club, thus the report also claims that Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen are lining up a move for the 22-year-old.
Palace’s interest isn’t a surprise after it was reported by Mark Mann-Bryans on deadline day of last summer’s window that Arsenal and the south London side agreed on a fee for the striker, but the move broke down due to personal terms.
Ainsley Maitland-Niles could still leave Arsenal today. Club waiting for a compelling offer and have no intention of keeping him against his will if such a bid is received.
With Eddie Nkeitah, understand deal was agreed with Palace but personal terms were not. So he stays atm.

Patrick Vieira did strengthen in that department regardless, bringing in Odsonne Édouard from Celtic. However, the Frenchman has mainly played out wide this season, with our former skipper preferring Christian Benteke to lead the line.
It will be interesting to see if Arsenal entertain any potential offers given Nketiah’s importance to the manager, especially following Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s exile.

If the Hale End graduate does decide to wait and move in the summer to a Premier League club, we will be due a fee – the amount of which will be decided by a tribunal.
Therefore, keeping Nketiah may well be in our best interests as we compete in three different competitions.
