Arsenal’s only summer signing so far Granit Xhaka didn’t waste any time to familiarise himself with his new home following Switzerland’s exit out of the Euros as the midfield maestro was given a tour around the Emirates Stadium.

Xhaka joined from Borussia Monchengladbach last month which signified Arsenal’s intentions to do business early this window, though our movement has been quite stale since his arrival.

The 23-year-old’s shanked penalty forced Switzerland to bow out of the Euros, but he’s undoubtedly been one of the shining lights in the competition.

According to Squawka, only Toni Kroos completed more passes than Xhaka in the tournament so far.

We struggled in midfield to keep possession and create chances following Santi Cazorla’s injury, Xhaka allows us to have another option in there.
