Ian Wright had an expletive-laden message for those who believe that Alexandre Lacazette’s strike against Stoke City was offside.

The Arsenal legend was at a restaurant and the cameraman asked for his thoughts on our first defeat of the season, and Wrighty went on a mini-rant.

Lacazette reacted quickly to a loose ball in the area and smashed the ball into the roof of the net, only for the linesman to raise his flag.

It robbed us of the chance to level the game with minutes to go, though Wrighty feels our record signing had his effort unfairly chalked off.

Arsene Wenger also agreed, with the boss checking footage of the decision before meeting the press after the game to sure up his initial thought.

Despite recording our highest possession stat in a Premier League game since records began, we were unable to convert that into actual goals which caused much frustration.

However, when asked his views on the game, Arsenal second highest goalscorer of all time said: “They were very unlucky with the referee and the goal wasn’t offside, so f*** off everybody.”

Check out Wrighty’s unconventional analysis in the video above.
