Mesut Ozil impressive for Germany in win vs Norway…

Arsenal star Mesut Ozil seems to be enjoying the respite from club football at the moment after netting a goal and claiming an assist in Germany’s 6-0 win against Norway.

Fresh from laying on a goal for Timo Werner against the Czech Republic, Ozil opened the scoring in the sixth minute with a lovely curly effort from a Hector cut back.

Ozil wasn’t done, a laid off a classy ball onto Julian Draxler who extended Germany’s lead to round off an impressive personal display.

The 28-year-old is now done with international football for a month, and the focus turns back to Arsenal where the players have a mountain to climb to the doubters into believers.

Every single player, as well as the manager, is under the microscope in terms their performance following that debacle at Liverpool last week.

Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil have remained, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was sold to Liverpool.

Other than that, a similar squad will take to the pitch against Bournemouth hoping to prevent a rare run of three consecutive league defeats.

Check out Ozil’s contribution to German’s win in the clips above, something he’ll hopefully take into next Saturday’s clash.
