Murray Meets Pires – They Discuss Euro ’16, All-Star Arsenal Sides, John Stones & More

Arsenal icon Robert Pires met up with Tennis star and self-proclaimed Gooner Andy Murray to discuss a range of topics while playing a game of boules.

Murray took the time to pick Pires’ brain on a range of footballing topics and also wanted to know the psychological aspects which make a great football team.

Pires emphasised on a reliance of different characters, with those that possessed leadership qualities as important as the flair players.

The Frenchman also – as many do – named Dennis Bergkamp as the best player he’s played alongside while also endorsing John Stones as the perfect player to partner Laurent Koscielny for Arsenal.
