Coleman’s Ramsey praise…

Chris Coleman is a massive fan of Aaron Ramsey and the Wales boss has lavished further praise on the midfielder by claiming that the 25-year-old can walk into any team in the world.

Ramsey is set to play his first international games since a successful European Championships in France last summer, with the Arsenal man recovering from a hamstring injury he picked up on the opening day of the Premier League.

Ramsey made his comeback against Sunderland a fortnight ago and Coleman is delighted to have his main man back, stating that he’d play for any team in world football.

“There is not a team on the planet that he couldn’t play for,” Coleman told the press ahead of Wales’ World Cup Qualifiers.

“That is not a biased opinion because I’m a Welshman and we all love Rambo; playing in a tournament against top players, he was head and shoulders above anything.”

Coleman’s comments come with a hint of irony given that Ramsey is currently struggling to get into our best XI with Arsene Wenger settling for a more fluid team.

When fit, Santi Cazorla is the preferred choice in central midfield alongside a holding midfielder, while Alex Iwobi, Mesut Ozil and Theo Walcott are currently occupying the positions behind the striker.

Let’s see how Ramsey performs in the coming weeks and if he establishes himself at Arsenal.
