Relive the highlights from our 3-0 home win against West Ham United as we secured our first three points in the league since February.

Our wretched run came to a temporary halt at the weekend as we slugged out a draw against Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City, but the boys got firmly back on track on Wednesday night.

Arsene Wenger named a very strong lineup, which included the midfield pairing of Granit Xhaka and Mohamed Elneny who impressed immeasurably during the encounter.

After a tense opening 45 minutes, Mesut Ozil gave us the lead with an awkward-looking goal after his shot somehow squirmed under Darren Randolph.

We never looked back after that and it turned into the Mesut Ozil show. The German laid on our second goal for Theo Walcott, with Olivier Giroud coming on late to seal a comfortable win.

Given that Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City dropped points, we closed the gap to the top four leaving our Champions League hopes looking better.

Our games in hand will certainly prove pivotal at the end of the campaign.
