Arsenal duo Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Aaron Ramsey picked up the Player of the Month and Goal of the Month awards respectively for October.

The two were instrumental in our winning run in October, which came to an end in the final days of the month after giving away a late penalty at Crystal Palace for them to equalise.

Aubameyang scored four goals in three Premier League games during October, netting twice against both Leicester City and Fulham.

It was against the latter that Ramsey also gained recognition after his move was carried into the Fulham half by Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Aubameyang before the Welshman tucked the ball in with a cheeky flick.

October felt like a month in which we were conducting our own goal of the month competition, with Aubameyang’s second against Leicester City an obvious choice.

As Ramsey gears up for the final few months of his Gunners career, see him break from midfield to score always hits you with a bout of ‘what could’ve been?’

Lack of fitness and the progression int he modern game has left midfielders like Ramsey rather extinct and it’s illustrated int he lack of offers he’s received since his departure was made apparent.

Check out the images below as the duo poses with their awards.
